Following our first conversation, we’ll prepare a draft proposal for you to review. We recommend responding promptly to secure your desired arrangements and prevent them from being booked by others.

With Luxteria Concierge, you receive personalized service from a dedicated team, ensuring constant communication with real, responsive professionals. Instead of dealing with just one person, you benefit from the expertise of our entire team, skilled in crafting extraordinary experiences. In your first consultation, we will provide an estimated fee for our concierge services. A 50% deposit is required before we begin planning, with the remaining balance due before your trip commences.

Following your consultation, we'll prepare a personalized quote tailored to your trip details, preferences, and destination. Please note that any changes to your plans during the process may affect the final fee.
