Lots are large and set back from the road, many with gates and hedges, so homes are private and quiet.
By boat
Pinecrest is inland. For a yacht day we board at Matheson Hammock or a Coconut Grove marina, both a short drive away.

- Brickell: about 20 to 30 minutes
- South Beach: about 35 to 45 minutes
- Miami International Airport (MIA): about 20 to 30 minutes
