What happens when you land
Your arrival is planned before you take off. Send the flight number, the number of passengers and roughly how many bags. We share it with the driver and, where arranged, the greeter. The flight is tracked, so an early landing or a delay simply moves the plan.
On arrival, you are met and guided through the terminal, the bags are collected and the car is waiting outside. Water and anything you asked for are in the car, and your concierge is on the phone if you want to change the evening's plans.
Miami International, Fort Lauderdale and private terminals
We arrange arrivals at Miami International, Fort Lauderdale-Hollywood International and the private terminals around South Florida, including Miami-Opa-locka Executive, Fort Lauderdale Executive and Boca Raton.
