People comparing luxury villa rentals in Miami usually hit the same wall: a photo grid, then no plain answers. These are the questions we actually get, and how LUXTERIA Concierge handles them. Five years. South Florida only.

Do you list nightly rates?

No. A serious house changes with the week, the length of stay and what you add. We do not print a “from” price. Ask with dates. You get a written number for a real home, or we tell you that home is gone.

Which places do you cover?

Miami, Miami Beach, Brickell, Fort Lauderdale, Hollywood, Boca Raton, West Palm Beach, Sunny Isles Beach, Surfside, Bal Harbour, Bay Harbor, Golden Beach and Aventura. Not the rest of Florida. If you need a city outside that list, we will say so instead of stretching the map.

The villa collection is the inventory door. One known waterfront example: Villa Venetian on the Venetian Islands, Miami Beach, sleeps 12.

Is a chef or a driver included?

Not by default. The rental is the house. A private chef, groceries, housekeeping and airport cars are arranged when you ask, and they show up on the same plan. Tell us dietary needs before arrival, not the afternoon you land.

Can we throw a party?

Only in a home that allows it. A lot of luxury rentals ban parties, DJs and event catering. If your trip is a quiet family or executive stay, that is a good match. If you need music and a crowd, say it in the first note. We will not put that plan on a house that forbids it. A yacht is often the cleaner place for the loud part.

How early should we write?

When the dates are real. Ordinary weeks still have choices closer in. Holiday weeks and big Miami calendars go first, and the better houses go with them. Last-minute notes still get an answer. The list is just shorter.

Who do we talk to after we book?

The same desk. Villa questions, a yacht day, restaurant holds and cars do not get split across vendors you have to chase. If a flight slips, call or WhatsApp. We are available 24/7. The contact form is fine for the first brief. After that, the phone is faster.

Send dates, city, headcount and whether the house must allow a gathering. That is enough for a straight reply.
