How Isaac Weinberg Saw a Gap in Florida's Luxury Market — and Closed It
Isaac Weinberg founded Luxteria LLC in 2023 after seeing a clear opening in Florida’s luxury concierge market.
Florida’s UHNW population had grown dramatically — accelerated by post-pandemic migration from the Northeast and West Coast — but the concierge infrastructure hadn’t kept pace. Clients relocating to Florida quickly discovered that statewide, relationship-driven service was hard to find.
Luxteria was built to fill that space: a Florida-rooted firm, led from the front, with a team large enough to handle concurrent requests across multiple clients and markets — without sacrificing individual attention. The firm grew to 25 employees within its first two years. That growth was structured, not accidental.

At 25 employees, Luxteria occupies a specific and deliberate position in the market. We are large enough to handle a 200-person private event and a last-minute private jet request simultaneously — and focused enough that no client ever reaches a generic queue.
