Palm Island and Hibiscus Island
The two islands sit side by side just off the MacArthur Causeway, next to Star Island, with Watson Island and the Port of Miami across the water. Palm Island is the larger of the two, with homes around one loop road and long docks on the bay. Hibiscus Island is smaller and even quieter. Both are residential only, with no shops or hotels, which is exactly why owners and guests choose them.
Who the islands suit
Guests who put privacy first: public figures, families who want a secure base and groups who want to entertain at home without neighbors close by. The homes range from restored 1920s Mediterranean houses to new modern builds with large pools and glass walls facing the bay.
